Fault classification:
1. The loader automatically shuts down the flame during work and shuts down the flame by itself.
2. The load of the loader is greatly extinguished and the fire is extinguished.
The reason why the loader is off:
First of all, the loader automatically shuts down, the common reasons are:
Lack of fuel will cause self-extinguishment.
2. There is oil leakage and oil leakage in the oil path of the loader, and the fuel injection pump is malfunctioning.
3. The loading machine will automatically turn off the fire. If the engine speed gradually decreases the black smoke phenomenon in the exhaust pipe, the loader may not supply oil smoothly, the engine is poorly lubricated, and the engine is holding the shaft.
4. Turn off the fire suddenly while the loader is running. It may also be that the diesel is not clean. It is recommended to replace the diesel filter with a fuel injector.
5. If the loader automatically shuts down after the hot car, and the loader cannot start after a short time, it may be a diesel pump (high pressure oil pump) or nozzle problem. At this time, the diesel pump can be rinsed with cold water. If it can be hit immediately, there is a problem with the oil pump or nozzle.
6. Engine problem: The engine's intake resistance is large, and the oil is blocked to cause self-extinguishment.
7. Hydraulic system problem: the pump pressure is too high.
8. Electrical problems of the loader: the control system received an error signal, which resulted in automatic flameout.
Second, the loader ignited the flame
Under normal circumstances, if the loader suddenly shuts down and goes out during operation, the following checks are required:
The first thing to check is the loader oil supply road. Check whether the oil supply is smooth. Are there any obstacles in the fuel path? It is recommended to clean the fuel filter, replace all filter elements, disassemble the diesel pump, and check the length of fuel injection. Whether it reaches about 6 ~ 7cm.
2. Then, due to the long-term operation of the loader engine, it is necessary to check whether the engine is overloaded or overheated, and the engine self-protection function is activated.
3. The loader ignition is a fuel pipe failure under normal conditions. It is recommended to check whether there is leakage or oil leakage in the oil circuit, whether the seal of the pipe joint is damaged, and whether the filter is stuck. Check whether the water separator of the oil-water separator is tightened.
5. The flameout may also be a hydraulic problem. Specifically, the hydraulic pump and engine power do not match. At this time, it is necessary to use professional maintenance equipment for measurement, and the pressure of the debugging valve group should be professional equipment. The sliding electric shock moves with it, and the output terminal can obtain a smooth continuously changing output voltage.
