5. the poor sealing of the distributor pump is also known as "oil unloading". The sealing ring of the distributing pump needs to be replaced at this time.
6. the poor contact of the proportional solenoid valve of the hydraulic pump will also cause the arm to fall off.
7. serious arm drop (oil temperature 45 degrees Celsius, 5 minute bucket teeth falling more than 95mm), most likely caused by the main valve was stuck.
What do the excavators do when they fall out of their arms?
1. check the temperature of the working environment of the excavator, whether there is any improper selection of the hydraulic oil model, and whether or not the inferior hydraulic oil is used.
2. when the arm failure occurs, the pressure of the boom can be reduced to observe whether the boom is falling quickly.
3. check whether there is any fault in the hydraulic cylinder and cylinder oil seal. If the oil seal seal is bad, oil leakage will occur, and the oil seal should be changed in time.
4. if the oil seal is changed, if the arm is dropped, check the distribution valve and the return valve of the boom.
5. check whether the working pressure and pilot pressure of the main hydraulic pump of the excavator meet the requirements.
