How To Adjust The Flow Of Excavator Hydraulic Pump?

1. Adjustment of main pump flow

   (1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


   (2) Turn the pressure adjustment bolt until the pressure meets the regulations.


   (3) When the system pressure is in the range of 14700-1700kPa, turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise 1/4 turn, the flow increases by about 18L/min, and the first-stage spring is at this time. When the system pressure is in the range of 23500~34300kPa, turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise 1/4 turn, the flow increases by about TL/min, and the second-stage spring acts at this time.


   (4) If the flow adjustment bolt is turned counterclockwise, the flow will decrease by the value of Xiangcheng


   (5) Tighten the flow lock nut with a tightening torque of (12 ± 3) N·m (6) The upper and lower pump flow rate adjustment methods are the same.


   2. Adjustment of the maximum flow of the main pump


   (1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


   (2) Turn the flow adjustment cock until the flow reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment butterfly bolt 1/4 turn clockwise to reduce the flow by approximately 13L/min; turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn counterclockwise to increase the flow by approximately 13L/min.


   (3) Tighten the flow lock nut with a tightening torque of 10N·m3. Adjust the reverse flow


   (1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


   (2) Turn the flow adjustment bolt until the flow reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn clockwise when the system pressure is 250kPa, the flow rate decreases by about 4J/min; turn the flow adjustment bolt counterclockwise 1/4 turn, the flow rate increases by about 4L/min.


   (3) Tighten the nut, and the tightening torque is (12±3) N·m.
