Maintenance before forklift:
Check whether the amount of oil, fuel and cooling water is sufficient, and whether there are water leakage, oil leakage and air leakage in various parts of the vehicle. Check whether the bolts and nuts of the tire, half shaft, transmission shaft and other parts are tight. Check whether the connection parts of the steering mechanism are tight and reliable.
Check whether the tire pressure meets the specified standard. Check whether the free travel of the steering wheel and clutch pedal meet the requirements. Check the brake system and driving system. Check whether the instruments, lights, and horns are good, and check whether the engine is running normally.
Maintenance while driving:
During the driving process, listen to the engine and chassis for abnormal sound, and pay attention to whether there is burnt smell.
Pay attention to the working conditions of steering system and braking system at any time. Observe whether the various instruments work normally. Whether the wheel hub, brake hub, gearbox, differential, etc. are overheated.
Inspect whether the leaf spring is broken, loose or misaligned. Check whether the connection of each part of the steering mechanism is tight and reliable. Pay attention to the tires for serious air leaks, loose swings or explosion sounds.
Stop inspection during the operation, check each part of the vehicle for water leakage, oil leakage or air leakage
Maintenance after car collection:
Clean all parts inside and outside the vehicle. Check the leaf spring for breakage, looseness, or misalignment. Check whether the assembly parts, connection parts and hanging devices are firm and reliable.
Check for oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, and add fuel, lubricant, brake fluid and battery water.
Vehicles equipped with scraper oil pre-filters should turn the handle 2 to 3 clockwise. Check the tire pressure and appearance to remove debris embedded in the tread. Clear the water and oil stains in the air cylinder, and close the switch.
Check the condition of the cooling system, and pay attention to the release of water to prevent freezing in the cold areas in winter.
