1. Smear of butter

Two. Never change the oil


The role of oil in construction machinery is particularly great, and many repairmen attach great importance to it. They are added completely according to the standard requirements. But many repairmen forgot about the oil quality check and the replacement of the oil. For a long time, only adding but not changing the oil will cause many parts of the engine to work in a poor lubrication environment, resulting in much more wear and tear than normal. Moreover, in the process of diesel engine operation, a lot of dirt will also enter the oil. If the oil is not replaced regularly, it is easy to cause accidents such as burning and holding shaft.

Six. Tighten the bolt

They will tighten them as tightly as possible, which will easily cause bolts to break or thread slips.


Seven. The tire pressure is too high


In the process of inflating the tire, many repairmen do not pay much attention to tire pressure. This will easily lead to the occurrence of tire blowout in summer.


Eight. Open water tank and cold water


When the engine is overloaded and the heat is not good, it will cause the water tank to boil. The first reaction of many repairmen is to add water. However, if this time adding cold water will cause the cylinder head and cylinder to blow up, so the engine should be stopped at this time, and water will be added after its natural cooling.


Nine. Inaccuracy in cylinder measurement


Measuring cylinder clearance should be measured in the direction of piston skirt perpendicular to piston pin hole. However, many repairmen do not pay attention to other directions when they are measuring. However, because the skirt section is elliptical, the cylinder clearance is not equal.
